I am posting this review on behalf of my Mom, who is going through a divorce, and needed a couple of interior door deadbolts installed. I was very impressed with the service, from start to finish!! Dennis, who installed the deadbolts, was very professional but personable. I also very much appreciated his honesty and helpfulness when choosing the deadbolts to install. I would definitely recommend this company!
I just purchased my first home and looked to Angie's list to find reputable locksmith to change the locks. Metro Detroit Locksmith was the first and best reviewed locksmith that came up. I called on Friday and had an appointment for that following Monday. Chad showed up on time and provided up with many styles and options for our new home. I appreciated his honest opinion and letting me know where my garage lock was failing to safely secure my property inside. Overall, I am very pleased his service. He was fast, efficient, and very friendly. We will definitely look to this company again for our future locksmith needs.
Chad came out promptly and got my '05 Camry rekeyed and running in an hour. Even though it is only about 5 degrees outside, he was cheerful, helpful, and diligent - gave me my new key code in case I ever lose another. Cost me about 1/3 - 1/2 less than it would have at the dealer, too. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and Chad.
