A locally-owned family business that recently opened a second store located at 6056 W. Maple Rd., West Bloomfield, MI - the store whose services I utilize. Excellent quality of workmanship, clear attention to detail, and extremely customer service-oriented. By way of example, the store is open until 6:30pm on weekdays, and it is difficult for me to get there by that time. But with only a phone call to the store and like, 2 minutes of advance notice, the owner will stay open late so that I can pick up my dry cleaning. While Dubin's prices might be slightly higher than some of the usual suspect-type, big-box dry cleaners, I find that my bill is always entirely reasonable and commensurate with the high-end services that I've received. Plus, I have complete trust that my clothing will never be lost, ruined, or come back to me in any form less than perfect - and that kind of trust is priceless.
