Not only did they provide the best rate on my home and auto bundle policy, but the experience of going in and meeting my agent was lovely. Friendly staff, beautiful office and quick process. They take all the pain out of buying your insurance policy. They even called me when it was time to renew my policy to tell me that my rate dropped and why so renewing was an easy decision. I would highly recommend giving them a call before wasting your time with a dozen other agencies with fewer carriers to choose from.

Agency was fine and great. However, I am unhappy with the result of their relationship and mine with Progressive Insurance. I attempted to fix my issue with Progressive and the company was unprofessional and didn't contact further to tell me if the problem persists. I was never contacted by Progressive by phone even. Ultimately they raised their prices for my policy and I am not pleased at all, as a client. Progressive is a horrible insurance company and I truly hope this agency will continue to work and fix my unresolved issue.
