Greeted immediately upon arriving. It was pretty packed inside but a banker was available and helped me right away. Zack was great and I was on my way so quickly.
I have been coming to this branch for about two years and have had nothing but positive experiences. I don't remember the branch managers name but she always take time to acknowledge me when I come in, and just this morning I had a problem with a processed payment and Dijohn Gonzalez went above and beyond to resolve the issue for me over the phone.
I came for a stamp on my paper, but a bank worker asked me to show my investment company statement!
Love this bank! One of the bankers actually helped me with my account so I would no longer be charged fees....go figure, a bank that wants to help me avoid unnecessary fees. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Chase seems to be one of the only banks reducing various fees while other banks are raising theirs....KUDOS TO CHASE!
Great branch..biggest downfall is that it's super busy and is on OLake. But otherwise great
Do not show chase bank worker your investment papers!
It is not their business to look how much money you have invested with other brokerages!
